Use this page to exercise your privacy rights under applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the GDPR, the UK GDPR, and similar regulations.
Your Rights
- Right to Know / Access: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information.
- Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Portability: receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing: Kavric does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
How to Submit a Request
Account holders can manage most data directly inside the Kavric dashboard (Settings → Account). For requests we can't service from the app, email support@kavric.ai with:
- Your full name and email associated with your Kavric account.
- The right you are exercising.
- Enough detail for us to verify your identity (we may request additional verification).
We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days for CCPA, 30 days for GDPR), with one extension as permitted.
Authorized Agents
California residents may use an authorized agent. We will require written authorization signed by you and verification of the agent's identity.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. We will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by your jurisdiction.
Global Privacy Control
Kavric honors valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out preference signal where required by law.
