This Privacy Notice explains how Kavric, Inc. ("Kavric," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our websites, mobile applications, and services (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, company, phone, password.
• Customer Data: information you enter about your customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, files.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we receive limited metadata, never full card numbers.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, actions taken.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Process payments and send transactional communications.
• Provide customer support and respond to requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address security and fraud issues.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• With your consent, send product updates and marketing.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below — we do not sell personal information.

• Service providers: hosting (Cloudflare, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), AI providers, analytics — all bound by data protection agreements.
• Within your organization: team members on your Kavric account.
• Legal: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. See our Subpoena Request Guidelines.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data is deleted within 30 days of account termination unless retention is required by law.

5. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging). No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise your rights, visit Privacy Preferences or email support@kavric.ai.

7. International Transfers

Kavric is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms for cross-border transfers from the EEA/UK/Switzerland.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this Notice; material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice.
