Categories of Personal Information We Collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone, IP address, account identifiers.
  • Customer records: billing address, payment metadata (no full card numbers).
  • Commercial information: subscription plan, purchase history.
  • Internet/network activity: usage data, device, browser, pages viewed.
  • Geolocation: approximate location derived from IP.
  • Professional information: company name, role.
  • Audio/visual: photos and files uploaded as part of jobs and estimates.
  • Inferences: product usage patterns to improve the Services.

Sources

Information comes directly from you, from your end customers (when you collect it on their behalf), and from service providers (e.g., Stripe payment metadata).

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

Kavric does NOT sell personal information and does NOT share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Sensitive Personal Information

Kavric does not use sensitive personal information for any purpose other than those permitted without a right-to-limit under CCPA/CPRA.
